Join us for a workshop designed to help parents understand the nature of stress and anxiety in childhood.  We will review the underlying causes of anxiety and how to differentiate between developmentally typical worries and clinically significant anxiety.  The workshop will address how parents can support the development of adaptive coping strategies and how to strengthen children’s resilience and optimism, with a focus on tips and tools to implement at home.
